Oh no! We apologize for the inconvenience. If you've had a recent transaction(s) at a facility where you leveraged RoadSync Checkout, and you don't see your invoice or receipt via the 'My Bills' section of the app, please reach out to our team at support@roadsync.com. Thank you!

We are sorry to hear the app is not working as expected. We are looking into this situation. All invoices, paid or unpaid, should be available under the 'My Bills" section of the app. Also, please be sure to provide the same phone number to the vendor that was used when creating your RoadSync Driver app account. If you do not remember, or are unsure of the phone number used, please contact us at support@roadsync.com.
