Wanted to retrieve old receipts today. I’ve used this app several times this year. Liked it as a resource when I break down on the road and can’t print the receipt but now I can’t log in. Tried to create new password but it won’t allow because it recognizes my username.JFW Transportation

I’m questioning the app. Every time the lumper service sends me how much I owe them it never transfers to the app. I’m signed in and it doesn’t work. I love the concept of the app if it would work.Aaaaaaaa Driver

We are sorry to hear the app is not working as expected. We are looking into this situation. All invoices, paid or unpaid, should be available under the 'My Bills" section of the app. Also, please be sure to provide the same phone number to the vendor that was used when creating your RoadSync Driver app account.
