  • This used to be an amazing game…

    I’ve been playing this game for years. I play every single day. It used to be a lot more enjoyable until something changed. When the events take place, the amount of energy needed is ridiculous. The way it is set up now requires so much energy, you would have to spend a lot of money to be able to finish them. If the developers would even put the amount of energy you gain from your available energy making sources, it would help. For example, the current event we are in requires 120 energy for 1 item. I’m on level 105 and can only have 135 energy before the game stops filling up my energy automatically. When you make an item in the kitchen most of them are 10-20 energy 🤷🏻‍♀️ it doesn’t make any sense. I had 2500 energy saved up for the event and within 30
    Minutes I was out and am not even 1/8th finished. Something has to change!

  • They don’t fix bugs that prevent normal play

    I have been playing this game for at least a year and I am on level 70. I have enjoyed playing and in the past I have found it relaxing. Over the last two weeks the ads freeze and will NOT let you click on the x or even click on the ad content. It is completely frozen requiring me to completely close game and reopen. I have cleared my cache multiple times and I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Ad bug continues. I have to watch multiple ads before the game will let me get to the event, which means closing the game multiple times. I have sent help desk for the issue and nothing has resolved, even after the new update. Awesome that they have worked on new events, but not the problem with ads. I have seen others are having the same issue. No matter how good the game or events, if you have to keep closing the game, what is the point? Please fix, I don’t want to uninstall game for good, but I am getting close to doing it.

    Where to begin….I had this game on my phone for months and played regularly, I figured it was saved to my Apple account, but I guessed wrong. I recently got a new phone (first upgrade in 5 years) and none of the game was saved, so I finally gave up and deleted the game, despite months of progress. A week or so later, I couldn’t find a replacement game, so I reluctantly uploaded the game to my iPad (what I should have done from the beginning = hindsight). I planned to simply start a new account, work my way back through, and at least play the side events for fun. Well, I’m now at a lower level and the newest event is ridiculous regarding energy expenditure - over 600+ energy to complete one task, it’s definitely annoying. Then, I do NOT have FB, have no desire to join FB, yet I get constant notifications in the upper left corner to link my FB, also annoying. Next, because of the previous account not saving, I tried to link an email to this one and got an error message. Finally, the ads between maps, as others have pointed out, are excessive and unnecessary; not to mention, repetitive and the latest one about pimple popping etc. was absolutely disgusting. Love the game (5 stars), but the frustrations bring me to a generous 3 stars. Will give it a little more time then reassess.
