Don’t do it! They are a pain to get set up. Then they pick and choose when to capture pics. And then if that isn’t bad enough it takes pics but won’t send them to you. Defeats the purpose of paying for the service.RachelDawn1980

No longer pushes notifications
This app worked great for the first few months then it just stopped sending notifications. The camera is still taking photos and videos, but I don’t get a notification when new ones are taken. I have to log in to see them. Kind of defeats the purpose of the whole set up.
I was able to get a refund for the camera itself, but I cannot get a refund for the service that is now practically useless. And I of course paid for a year in advance. When the subs option ends, I won’t renew and will go with a different set up with a more reliable app.jhumphre
