Peace of Mind
We have the Vosker V300 Ultimate’s set up on one of our tug boats so we can monitor our barges and tugs when they are unoccupied. The rigs are always in different locations, some rather remote and we never have a problem with connectivity. It gives us peace of mind knowing that any time the weather turns bad, we can simply open the app and check on the rigs. It has saved countless hours, money and loss of sleep, not having to physically go check on a rig in the middle of the night anytime the weather turns bad.Show lessVKX good product but poor support
I’ve owned a VKX for 3 weeks. Looks like a great design, but disappointing to have essentially no documentation and poor support, both telephone and chat. It was quickly determined that I needed a cellular antenna extender, which took a week to arrive, but the evaluation period was only a week and not extendable. So I had to pay for a plan before I could even determine the camera worked with the extender. Thankfully it did. There is no documentation and phone support is deficient, leaving customers to hope the default settings work. Support staff don’t understand all Apple iOS settings, so are clueless why notifications don’t work. I had to figure that out on my own. In the end, it appears the camera will work, but the lack of documentation and poor support is frustrating.Show lessDeveloper Response

First Vosker 300 camera ok for a few months until pictures all in pink. Received a replacement under warranty. Second camera is constantly losing connection even when last status shows full battery and strong cell reception. Help desk is no help unless you have the camera in hand. Ours is 2 hours away and is down more than working since we can’t continually drive to physically check on the camera. Defeats the purpose of having a camera for remote monitoring.Show less
