Loving the new programs and updates
Great app
The app is really complete, it has everything you need. The only thing I would add is some cardio recommendation included in the workouts. I’ve tried other online coaching apps and they have that, which is really useful.
Best fitness app!
The Pfau fitness app has helped me more than any personal trainer has in the past! I love the new updates with more access to programs. The app helps my form while I’m working out, helps my workouts be shorter and more productive. Huge plus to the app is the diet and nutritional information, I can’t recommend the app enough. I had several of my family and friends download the app and all of them got in better shape without having to hire a trainer or dietitian. Truly a blessing, thank you!!!

APFAU is a great app that combines personalized nutrition plans with practical lifting advice. It’s user-friendly and perfect for those serious about fitness, offering easy-to-follow meal plans and effective workout tips.
Amazing app & love the updates!
Not only do I love Adam’s fitness advice in general but his app helped me get the results I failed to get from other programs. I also love the new updates on his app so now I can get access to even more of his programming. The new meal swap feature that lets me choose the meal I prefer also really helped me enjoy meal planning even more! Overall, an extremely helpful app and love my results from Adam’s programming.

Game Changer for Chest Workouts!
I’ve been using this app for a while, and the latest update is fantastic. With more programs to choose from, I’ve found the chest-focused routine especially helpful. Chest has always been a weak point for me, but this routine is really making a difference in both strength and definition. The exercises are challenging yet manageable, and the focus on proper form has been a game-changer. If you’re looking to improve your chest workouts, this is definitely worth checking out!

Excellent program
I started on this program a couple of years ago. While I’ve been off and on due to injuries and work, I’ve seen some effective results every time I’m on Adam’s program. The app is intuitive and efficient to use. It takes decision making on meals and exercises so I don’t personally have to do them which makes things easier. Price wise, it’s cheaper than having a personal trainer and nutritionist and worth every penny!

The minimalist routine is great for saving time with my busy schedule. Workouts are awesome. Love being able to easily swap exercises when I’m at the gym.
Great app
I’ve been using this app for years and now with the new updates it’s even better. I just started the chest program and I hope to see more results. So far I’ve lost 20lbs and my body has transformed tremendously.

I’ve been using the new version of the app and I love the new programs available. I don’t have a lot of time to workout so the minimalist program is perfect for me and my work schedule. I also love the food options. Everything is very tasty and easy to cook. Highly recommend
