    App has easy features for tracking your workouts and has good built-in workout programs.

    There are some minor issues which tend to really annoy me everyday. The biggest issue is that most days when I go into the app to start my workout, it’s usually a day ahead and I have to go manually set the actual workout day. My second issue is the default graphs for exercise progress are confusing. There is an alternate graph you can look at which gives a clear graph of your estimated one rep max but there’s now way to set it to that by default. I have also not seen the homepage where news and such is posted updated.

    I absolutely love this app! It is so easy to use and I love the preloaded workout plans. However, one thing that would be so great is to have the rest timer show or make a sound when you’re outside of the app. Also have an option on the Lock Screen to show how far along it is would be so helpful. I like to read on my kindle app between sets and I have to keep checking back on the app to see how far along the timer is. Or if my phone locks I have to keep unlocking it. Even just a sound or vibration wold be so helpful
  • Too Good To Be True

    This is a great app that is extremely useful for keeping track of your progress at the gym. I’ve always tried to log my workouts on paper but have never actually been consistent with it but this app makes it so much easier. There are many features such as the build your own workout, where you can input your exercises and weight. I also really liked that you can input your one rep max for the exercises and the calculator helps to give you the weight you should be going for specific amount of reps. Really great stuff and surprisingly free!!
