  • Out of working in abroad.

    I’m tired of this application and their services . Really so bad and cheap operating system. Living abroad I transferred funds and now wants to withdraw but this application not working always giving me network connectivity error and unstable connection. Even I am using 5G and also wifi is 100mbs speed with stable connection. Now my all funds stuck inside from the last two weeks and I called many times to their service center but still no solution yet.

  • Great App, Smooth User Experience

    This is miles better than the previous app. Makes managing my acc so much easier

  • adding a new payee

    It is so hard to find to add a new payee it shouldn’t be that
  • Good app. Some annoying issues

    Before opening, app displays message “Internet connectivity low or unstable” and doesn’t open, even when internets perfectly fine.

    Doesn’t seem to ever work on 4G. Similar problems with wifi at times.

    Once it kept showing the above message. I updated the app and it started working fine straightaway (which shows the real issue wasn’t internet connectivity)

  • Frustrating App

    I tried to login to my net banking and app was not working, when I tried to update app wasn’t in the App Store instead I found a new app. I installed and tried to login. App is thinking that I am using my net banking first time so it’s asking to set a password. When I put all my details it says incorrect information even though I put all the correct information 100 times but I am unable to login. What a joke. When I need to do some transections urgently I am not even able to login.
