I have c1084 ($10.84) and when I go to cash out it says I need to reach a balance of c2000 ($20). Wasted my time doing surveys and won’t let me cash out the 10 dollars for a gift card even though 10 and 25 gift cards are offered.MrsWholeGrain

I tried to redeem a prize on your app and it tells me I’m not authorized to do so so I tried to contact you guys through the app and it tells me no email has been set up when I clearly just set up an email nice scam y’all got hereCloud9xlllx

At first this app was really good, but then it stopped working properly. I can do surveys, but I cannot redeem the rewards. I dont know why this is happening, but when i try to redeem my points for a reward, it says i am not authorized.Be12cky

What a good app that’s very fun and interesting,but I really don’t know why they’re down I’ve never experienced such ever since I’ve been using the app untill now,so what’s wrongdamie001
First success, go for it
Earned my first $10 amazon gift card in 2 days, but it can be done in 1 day. The surveys range from $0.05-$2.00 (surveys less than $1 are less than a minute long), and my favorite ones to do are the 10 minute for $1 surveys, because from my experience i don’t get declined as much as the 20 minute (for $2) and the 5 minute (for $0.50). The minimum cashout is $10, and like I said before, it is very easy to earn your first gift card your first day. Gift cards include Amazon, Nike, Ubereats, and more, but unfortunately there is no PayPal, Apple, or Visa. My amazon gift card code came instantly by email and it applied to my Amazon balance with no problem. I’ll update if I’m able to earn my 2nd and 3rd gift card as easily as my first, because of course I do not want to stop using the app after one reward.
Edit: I am stuck at $8 and cannot complete any more surveys; I can’t even open a new surveyShow lessSadie0623
