  • Freezes and crashes

    Haven’t been able navigate the app at all, frequent frozen screens and complete crashes. Quite happy with the app before, now feel stuck. Especially since most websites push you to the app.

  • Incomplete/disjointed XP

    I made a reservation for a restaurant in Aruba and only had an email confirmation. I then had to add that reservation manually to my calendar. I was hoping I can get a better XP through the app, but cannot input the reservation ID I got in the email anywhere in the app. I was hoping I could do this so that the reservation got linked to my account and become viewable on the app.

  • Horrible

    I downloaded the app after making a reservation. No matter how I sign in the app is stuck with this stupid never-ending animated heart emoji and I cannot get out of this one screen. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and I get the same issue all over again. How hard can it be to simply sing in and see a reservation I made? Now, I haven’t received a confirmation email of my reservation, and I cannot successfully get the app to work to see it online. What a huge waste of time for an app that should be simple. I’m not an idiot when it comes to using apps and an iPhone. This is simply a horrible app.

  • Not happy

    Really not pleased with the app. You can’t change or cancel a reservation. They tell you to call the restaurant. And I only had a data plan in Europe not phone access. You’re forced to use it if the restaurant requires it but this is a deal killer for me.

    Was fine to book a reservation. But don’t change your plans!

  • Login magic link does not work

    The magic link it sends to login does not work. It does not open the app, only the web page.

    Furthermore in my profile I entered the phone number I made a reservation with (because I was forced to use AppleID to create an account) and the app could not send reservations I had made.

    Horrifically frustrating.
