Ok I am trying to like this app I really need it for my films but it will not let me download anything I am on a free account and I am doing the free one but it keeps saying “oops download limit exceeded” when I have not even download one please please please help and reply thank you

Amazing AR VFX in real time!
This real time VFX app Isa game changer for content creators. Production Crate already makes insanely wonderful VFX assets. But then to let us live preview and record them in the real world for no additional cost? It's too good to be real!
My only complaint is that I don't see how I can reposition my VFX. It seems that the app just places it somewhere in 3D space, and my attempts to position it only move it in Z space. Could be user error, tho. Is there a tutorial on how to use this app yet? I'm still looking for options to set my grind plane before the 3D assets are augmented. Every other 3D asset augmented reality app does this as the first step.

Thank you for your feedback! The current method for positioning is to use One Finger up and down to move your asset forwards and backwards, left and right. To move your asset up and down, use two fingers. Use pinching to scale your asset! We will continue to look into ways to improve the live-editing features in future updates.
