This app horrible

DON’T SPEND MONEY ON THIS APP!!!! Why did I pay to get in playlist just to get a fake feedback !!! Saying my track wasn’t mixed professionally when I went to one of the top and best engineers and producers in the world …. A have a radio single but was rated low!!! It’s a scam!!! Every playlist I entered on any other platform never turned down a track I entered,… And to get 4 fake responses saying It’s not right is wild work,

Better than expected

Okay so I heard about This app on a random instagram ad, now I just signed up with a distributor (UM) and I really had no idea how to promote my music well enough to land on playlists, well this app literally knocked that out in less than 4 hrs, and it’s pretty simple to run successful ads on socials, sometimes it is a little iffy with connecting accounts like ig & TikTok. Overall it’s a great affordable platform to help grow and promote your music and get more traction & placements, I hope you all find the success you’re looking, you’re at the right spot.

Basically paid for a useless review

Why on earth would I pay for a random guy to “listen” to my song and get a review that’s not even helpful. Review basically said “yeah, don’t fit the vibe good luck next time” and the fact that I can’t get a refund bothers me

I GIVE UP TRYING WITH THIS APP

After 4 tries with this app i have now decided to give up. Each time i try to submit to a playlist it is rejected. I guess the positive thing is now on rejection you do get a more detailed reason why. But in the end, i just paid money to get a review of the track, which is not really what i wanted.

The feedback was ‘Song is really nice it has some unique touches and the production quality is great but is not quite the style that I am looking for my playlists ‘

what DO I HAVE TO DO as an independent artist to get on a playlist with this app ????????

no, wait, don’t bother trying to explain anything more to me - i give up - i don’t need / deserve any more rejection - i mean, why pay money just to keep getting rejected ? i must be stupid to think it might work on the 4th time, stupid i am !

One thing tho

It’s a great app to use as a independent artist. very easy to use and maneuver through. one thing most artists would agree upon, why would we pay for our songs to basically be “reviewed” to be placed on a playlist. Based off of the advertisement that I saw for this app, it sounded like pay and place type of marketing (like boost collective). Y’all never mention that ANY track that’s sent in, ISN'T guaranteed for placement on selected playlist. Good way to make a quick buck off of hungry artist🫡😭🙏🏽i bet it works amazing tho when you do place

Hey Nigg - B, We do mention on the 'summary' screen on the playlist flow that the pitches do not guarantee placement - guaranteeing placement goes against spotify's terms and so we could never offer this type of service, although 70% of submissions are successful. Terrible service…

I stupidly ignored the reviews and went ahead to give it a try. After having 1 playlist placement (which is great but I paid almost £30 for this!) I then went ahead and paid for another submission. It’s been over 7 days and according to their policy you’re supposed to reach out and support will follow this up. I’ve sent 3 messages that have been ignored and they’re not responding!

This app is scam

Don’t spend your money on this app it’s a false promise. There curators can deny your music from there playlist. Not to mention unhurd doesn’t own these playlist there just the middle man. Another thing to mention is that they don’t do anything after you have been denied to get you on any other playlist or to promote your music.
