Iโ€™ve been using this apps for quite sometime now. I can only say, a very minimal problem encountered before when sending money and Iโ€™m now very happy and very confident to send money to my recipients. The staffs has sorted it out long before it becomes a bigger one.
Iโ€™m quite happy using this apps when sending and so far, I have never encountered any problem since. Keep it up guys!

Excellent Customer Service!

Iโ€™ve been with Kabayan Remit for over a year now and my relationship with the said money transfer service is just growing stronger by the day. I prefer sending my remittances back home through Kabayan Remit, because of its amazing staff support. Previously, I had bad experiences with other apps in terms of backlogs when receiving money. I never had to worry such with Kabayan Remit, especially since Iโ€™m a Metrobank account holder.๐Ÿ˜

Poorly designed app

We've been using Kabayan Remit for several years now and have been very happy with the service, apart from the frequent changes in site design and checkout system. Plus since the last change, our transaction history appears to be incomplete. We thought the app might be more convenient so decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the app is poorly designed, clunky and difficult to navigate so we've deleted it. We'll continue to log in via a desktop for future transactions. As others have said, "if it's not broken, don't fix it". It worked perfectly well before, so why keep changing it?
