Very bad app for check in. Easy to duplicate profile. Difficult to check in. First name and last name is confused.

We recently got this checkout device and it has given us nothing but problems!!
The worst
This is the worst piece of equipment I’ve ever used. Can’t wait to dump it and go back to something that actually works!
Does not work
It says compatible with iOS 11.0 or later but support said it’s only compatible with iOS 13+ . Now we are stuck with an iPad we can’t use and no way to charge clients in person. We have also already paid our first month but have not used this to book clients
