Booth a razor light bar but my internet is too good
I bought the razor monitor light bar, you need this app to control it, unfortunately razor doesn’t think normal people have 5ghz WiFi and only allows connections over a 2.4ghz WiFi, as my modem doesn’t have a 2.4 band I am unable to use this app, for anything and had to remove it from my phone.Zerocover

Can’t even scan QR
Bought a razor lamp and they force you to use this app and the thing doesn’t even scan QR codes properly. Now I’m stuck with a 200$ lamp that’s useless because this app can’t recognize the tiny QR code they put on it. I use my iphone camera app to scan the QR code on my razor lamp it scan fine but it isn’t setup to take you to the only app the light will work with. Makes no sense to me why you wouldn’t let us focus on the QR. Until make the scanner works this app is uselessShow lessBraydonP

There are three ways to pair your device with our app: Add Device Option: Tap on the device from the list of nearby devices automatically scanned when in pairing mode using Bluetooth. QR Code Scanning: The focus issue with the QR code is due to Apple's Matter Extension, not our app. We recommend trying to scan from different distances, but results may vary. Manual Entry: You can manually enter the numeric pairing code printed on the device. We appreciate your understanding and are working with Apple to resolve the QR scanning issue.
