The following changes are implemented: 1. Builder user is limited to access Divisions and Projects based on the assigned ones only 2. Request for Sign Off added to service request 3. New service request email is sent to homeowner upon creation of service request by builder 4. Default list of service requests now shows only open and/or new. Closed service requests needs to be checked in order to show 5. Upon posting a comment from builder, service request is converted from new to open 6. Trade contractors are editable (edit/add) from builder only if option on the contact profile is checked 7. Homeowners are editable (edit/add) from builder only if option on contact profile is checked 8. Stability issues are resolved

The following changes are implemented in this release: 1. Upon new service request creation, notification email is sent for new service request creation to builder users according to template 2. Upon new service request creation, notification email is sent for new service request creation to homeowner users based on custom defined template for new service request submission inside the project. If there is no template, default one is used 3. Upon adding a new comment to service request, notification email for service request update is sent to builder users, comments are added inside the email 4. Upon service request sign-off, notification email is sent to builder users who have the notifications enabled and on their user profile have “Receive service request sign-off notification” notification checked 5. Issue with uploaded camera images to service requests is resolved 6. In Local information section, phone fields are made clickable, so user can click on these are number will be dialed automatically 7. There are two new types of notifications: 1. Homeowner notification - notification is sent to: a. Home users are assigned to the home b. Users are not archived/deleted c. Service Response option is checked on user profile 2. Builder notification - notification is sent to: a. Builder users who have project that service request is assigned in their user rights b. Users are not archived/deleted c. Service Notifications option is checked on user profile 8. Bug fix: Request Type list contains no walk-through items during new service request creation 9.
