Sometimes you don't know how much you need something. Until you do.
I was working in my garage when a fall from a step ladder caused my shoulder to dislocate (an injury I have sadly endured a couple of times before).
Fortunately, my wife had the GOES app on her phone and was able to pull up the dislocated shoulder section. There were step-by-step instructions that were easy to understand and allowed me to deal with the situation myself, preventing a trip to the emergeny room! A dislocation in particular can get very painful and tricky to handle when it's not dealt with right away.
Super grateful for the app and service to help get me out of a precarious situation quickly.Henri_H

Utility, Leisure, Peace of mind
Used GOES to gauge how safe it would be to snowshoe in Desolation Wilderness outside Lake Tahoe, CA. It gave me great insights and what to look out for due to the iciness of the snow.
It’s reassuring knowing I have a medical professional in my pocket in case of emergency. Makes me think twice when it comes to preparing for a hike or backpacking trip.

Incredible app for all things outdoors!
The GOES app is genuinely incredible. I was playing frisbee in the park with my brother the other day and next thing I knew he collapsed on the ground. I used GOES to triage his symptoms and it turned out he had heat exhaustion! It showed me exactly what to do to get him better and within 10-15 mins he was back to normal (exactly what GOES had advised). Will definitely be bringing this with me everywhere I go from now on!!Adomski12
