Working perfectly for us so far
The set up took a bit of patience but the instructions were good enough to get through it. You have to charge the base and pair it to the app before you do anything else. Once you have that worked out, the rest is pretty easy. Being able to pause notifications is helpful during training sessions. I really like that it has battery indicators for the buttons and that you can edit the button names. I think this is going to be a lot of fun.BugFreeZone

Getting texts from my pets has been a game changer. There were some glitches early on, but the customer service has been phenomenal is getting us up to date. I appreciate all of the new app updates as well - it just keeps getting better!LOLMATH
Not working
This product is expensive, especially the new connection buttons. We have spent a lot on both the old and new buttons. We really wanted this app to work so that when we are on a different floor, we can hear the dogs. However, this app has been malfunctioning from day one, and now we can’t even log into it. It keeps trying to sync with the website, but we get errors. It started by not loading and gradually led to not working at all. You need to look into this, please.Didi Lola
