  • Working perfectly for us so far

    The set up took a bit of patience but the instructions were good enough to get through it. You have to charge the base and pair it to the app before you do anything else. Once you have that worked out, the rest is pretty easy. Being able to pause notifications is helpful during training sessions. I really like that it has battery indicators for the buttons and that you can edit the button names. I think this is going to be a lot of fun.
  • Love it!

    Getting texts from my pets has been a game changer. There were some glitches early on, but the customer service has been phenomenal is getting us up to date. I appreciate all of the new app updates as well - it just keeps getting better!
  • Not working

    This product is expensive, especially the new connection buttons. We have spent a lot on both the old and new buttons. We really wanted this app to work so that when we are on a different floor, we can hear the dogs. However, this app has been malfunctioning from day one, and now we can’t even log into it. It keeps trying to sync with the website, but we get errors. It started by not loading and gradually led to not working at all. You need to look into this, please.
  • App Freezes

    The app freezes every time I try to assign a button hit/sequence. I have to quit the app and reopen to assign every hit/sequence. It is arduous. Button connecting and setup is also slow. It took me 60+ minutes to connect 18 buttons. The app and hardware needs a lot of work.
  • Keeps locking up

    App keeps locking up, I have to keep quitting the app and restart it. Looks like there was an update yesterday and now this keeps happening. Please fix this issue, I paid a substantial amount of money for this connect system.
  • App won’t allow log in

    I have a log in and password but it refuses to recognize it and keeps saying wrong password. I even changed it. I can’t even get started. I had feeling this was going to be sketchy app - spent $500 for nothing should’ve stuck w the oils school version
  • Can’t Log In

    The app logged me out and now has an error when i try to log in. I can log in on their website so I know it’s not my username and password (and i have tried resetting it). I reinstalled the app and now I don’t even get the button press notifications. Very frustrating for an expensive product advertised for smart phone integration. After a few days you would think they would resolve such an issue.
  • Think twice before buying Connect

    Connect can’t be used without this clumsy and restrictive app.

    It lags when recording sounds so I need 5 takes for the word to record clearly.
    It lags when typing.
    It’s not efficient to edit multiple activities… so deleting 30 events means about 90-120 screen taps.
    Most of this app is just hyperlinks to their website, which is not helpful, and the website doesn’t display great on mobile devices.
    There’s no way use a browser on a computer to check / edit any of your Connect data using mouse and keyboard, so Connect is thumbs-only only and drains my phone battery.
    Connect can’t be initially set up or used without this app.
    Connect can’t record sounds without this app.

    I hope Connect is in the early stages because this entire system, hardware and software, still needs a LOT of work. Thankfully mine barely got dirty.

It's the first time we've heard that the app is slow or any challenges with recording clearly - in fact, most users tell us the sound quality is light years ahead of any other buttons on the market.   • Fine so long as you don’t need help

    So I have an unresponsive FluentPet base, a slow blinking blue light, it started because I had to do a factory reset because I got a new wifi device so I was re-pairing the buttons and then it just got stuck on the blue blinking light. I’ve tried doing a hard reset and that’s not even working. I asked for help 3x and they just keep sending me the same article about how to pair buttons. It’s frustrating for me and my dog whose voice that she’s come to rely on is gone. I should’ve just stuck with the old buttons.

  • Needs improvement

    Real tough onboarding experience. Poor sync experience with pairing new buttons and uploading audio recording.

    Please add status indicators everywhere so I know if something is uploading/syncing.

    Finally notifications of button presses are appearing with the button name like this “outside outside outside outside outside”.

    I’m sure this will improve with time once the bugs are worked out but it feels rushed and in beta still. Will update if it improves

    Thank you for the feedback! Agree that we can do more to share status within the app to the user. Please note that syncing is mostly user-controlled through the Base Button - audio uploads and downloads are actually relatively quick. Would love to hear more about the notifications suggestion. We found that a notification for each button press got to be too much, and so consolidated to a sequences of presses.
