    Quise hacer una transferencia desde una cuenta del exterior a mi cuenta... luego de una semana me avisan que grabr la rechazó. Desde hace una semana estoy tratando que me atienda por teléfono o que respondan en soporte.. no hay respuesta de solución o saber xq me rechazaron una operación. No es confiable

  • Podria ser mucho mejor

    Si haces una transferencia y falla, te restan el monto de tus limites por mas que la transferencia no se efectúe. Si reclamas, te piden un motivo por el cual realizaste la transferencia cancelada (QUE NI SIQUIERA SE HIZO). Todo el tema de synapse les pego aun peor, la transferencia al nuevo proveedor me falla y no hay con quien hablar, en resumen, tengo muchos ahorros en la app que no se pueden mover y totalmente congelados, manejan mucho dinero, sean serios
