  • 100% scam

    $50 deducted from my account and it’s been a months the account hasn’t been activated yet.. I’ll not recommend this app evento my worst enemy.

    Hello, Zenus Bank is not a scam, we are licensed and regulated US bank and we regret for any inconvenience you are experiencing. However, it's important to inform you there is a non-refundable $50 application fee for a Zenus account. This is payable whether you are approved for an account with us or not. We charge this fee to cover the costs we incur in doing the required regulatory checks for each application. Also, our internal department handles multiple applications and their review may take a little time if they require additional documentation from you. We ask you to please contact our Client Services at clientservices@zenus.com so they can assist you with your Account Application status. Client Services agents are available Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. AST.

  • They charge $50 fee to submit application!

    They want to charge everyone a $50 fee to apply for their “service” which is a great way to scam people into paying money to “apply” and then they reject you, keep the $50, and rinse and repeat. I wasn’t low IQ enough to apply, but I’ve never seen anything like this where you need to pay to apply. It’s legitimate businesses do not request anyone pay before they approve you. You’ve been warned! They’ll take you right up Uranus.
