  • My Comparison

Having recently shifted to Hamilton from Wellington I am very disappointed the medical practice I have enrolled in uses Myindici 2.0 as I find it extremely user unfriendly when compared to the Manage My Health app which I have used for several years. I find Myindici is more focussed on the Medical practitioner rather than the patient.

I also am dismayed that this app is not user friendly to users of Apple iPad Pro as it only displays in Portrait. If this app was programmed correctly it would immediately change to Landscape display. When building an app/website there is a key that can be programmed in which enables the app to self adjust.

It would be great if whoever developed this app listened to end users and make the necessary changes.

    Thank you.

  • Genuinely an awful app and UI

The UI and app for the Myindici portal is genuinely just awful. Filled with many bugs, non-working features, etc. It’s really just a poorly made app. For example, the ‘Messages’ tab in my portal is currently broken. Contacting the support about this is useless, as they will forward a reply to my ‘Messages’ tab, which is illogical as I already mentioned the ‘Messages’ tab is broken and I cannot view any messages sent there. This is just basic logic and common sense, yet the Myindici staff seem to lack this basic level of logic. 1 star until they step up and do better.

  • Finally usable.

Started off terrible but lots of performance updates recently and finally seems to actually be decent app now.
A lot more responsive and no longer just a wrapper around a web app.
    Keep up the good work.
  • Great eHealth App

I found this app to be intuitive and easy to use. I can find test reports with no issues, schedule appointments and pay bills.
Everything is where it supposed to be.
  • Clunky my indici

This app is dreadful. It is one of the worst for usability Graphs are not complete so I feel are not fit for purpose. One graph I use. Goes from 2017 to end of 2023 with no data. One of the graphs just freeze up and rapidly blink. Can not escape. This is a third world app. Not like the quality ap Manage my health. Why is it released to the public when it is so much in a beta format. Looking forward to this app being made for for purposes.

  • Followup of previous feedback

Just thought to add that this app will only fit the screen correctly on my iphone xs max, if you DO NOT make any adjustments to the iphone settings>accessibility> display and text size settings. Which is a helpful functionality that apple OS’s have to allow the text size/ style/ boldness to be adjusted to help those with less than 20/20 vision (like us oldies).
Apple’s functionality is called “dynamic type” and this app shows that it isn’t compatible with this functionality..
So please get it updated to run as intended, asap, and stop us having to adjust the settings every time we want to use this app,

  • Not user friendly

If you request something through the app like a repeat prescription it disappears into the ether so you have no idea whether it worked, whether it was received or approved and no record of when you did it. After about a week and a half I tried again, again nothing, so eventually contacted clinic directly and it was sorted. Then I got charged for 3 prescriptions which I couldn’t fulfill before expiring.

Most recently the same thing happened. The prescription request didn’t get processed in a timely manner. I assumed my doctor is on holiday again so left a message saying I had heard nothing but don't give and charge invoice me for another prescription but that’s exactly what happened 😡😡😡

  • Manages to be actually worse than the original MyIndici

At least the originally MyIndici, awful though it was, ran in full screen on an iPad and used its full keyboard. This runs as an iPhone-sized app even on a large screen with a horrible phone-style keypad to try and type on. Try messaging your doctor for a real dose of pain! While all other features remain underwhelming, the presentation is in fact a big step backwards. As an enterprise software developer, I find it had to believe someone actually signed off on this being an “upgrade”.

  • A Gem of a Medical App!

I rarely write app reviews, but I couldn't resist sharing my thoughts on this fantastic medical app. I was a bit skeptical at first due to some negative reviews, but I am glad I gave it a chance!

This app has been a game-changer for me. It's incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. The layout is well-designed, making navigation a breeze. I was able to find everything I needed without any hassle.

One of the standout features for me is the wealth of information it provides. The content is not only comprehensive but also up-to-date. It has become my go-to for checking my medical information, and it has never disappointed.

The negative reviews I saw here had me concerned, but after using the app extensively, I can confidently say that those concerns were unfounded. It's evident that the developers have been hard at work, constantly improving the app.

If you're in need of a reliable medical app that's easy to use and packed with valuable information, give this one a try. It's truly a gem among medical apps, and I couldn't recommend it more. Don't be swayed by past negativity, it’s in the past and now it’s much more better and improved.
    Thank you kindly.

  • One of the worst Apps I’ve installed!

It was a dark day when my healthcare provider transitioned from a very functional patient web interface to the lame Indici replacement.
Lots of really useful functionality was lost overnight.
Now we have Indici 2.0, and I don’t understand how a developer can actually work to make things worse?
No longer iPad compatible. And mostly unusable as the keyboard keeps obstructing what you’re trying to get too.
Save yourself some pain, and just use the web interface. Still very basic in functionality, but at least you can get some things done.
