  • Incredibly bad User experience on iPhone

    1. Forced to use the app rather than accessing Myindici on pc.
    2. I am severely injured and having to send lots of messages to my doctor. There is no spellcheck / predictive text on messaging. Meaning my doctor is struggling to decipher my messages or it takes me an absolute age to check and update as no scroll.
    3. Significantly poorer experience than last app and online desktop experience.

  • Issue logging in - now resolved

App was working perfectly for me on IOS iPhone 13 till an updated version of the app, couldn’t log on at all. Quickly fixed though and now works perfectly, great App to easily have both ways messaging with my Practitioner & Nurse, check on & reorder meditations, today received a reminder of my 5-yearly immunisation. Keep up the great work!

  • Appalling

I shared the same frustrating experiences as others in regards to passwords and signing in, and the tiny space to write a message, and not being able to see what you are writing. I tried to make a reply to a message received from my health care provider. On my iPad. At the bottom the SEND button was highlighted. I tap. Nothing happens. Tap and hold. Nothing. I simply could not send a reply from this app. Grrrr.
The worst thing is that there is NO OTHER WAY to send messages. This needs to be FIXED!,!

  • Not user friendly

This is an extremely poorly designed app and does not function well at all. Highly disappointed that I am being forced to used this, particularly for something as important as accessing health records. Could not find my usual pharmacy on drop down list, and could not close the list without clicking on a random option. When clicking on medications it would not allow me to - it took multiple attempts, highly frustrating.

  • Login issues

I can’t login with print or face/ and keep having to renew my password as it doesn’t store on my apple 13. . I can’t access to send help message as keyboard won’t drop down to allow me to access send button. The message system is not working for the young boarder at my place. It’s really troublesome and frustrating as it’s the only method we can use to access our healthcare provider apart from calling, and they just tell us to use the app.

  • MyIndici2.0 Terrible

This app and any others associated with Indici should be avoided at all costs. If you are a medical practice, then do not inflict this rubbish on your patients. If you are a customer of a medical practice that has MyIndici2.0, as am I, then welcome to the flakiest app in the Store. MyIndici forgets your password and the temporary password it sends you doesn’t work. Any forms you need to fill in are covered by your phone’s keyboard, making it impossible to see what you’re typing. If you set up thumb and face recognition on your phone, MyIndici soon ‘forgets’ it and you are back to square one. Finally, MyIndici Help is no help and, if you try to locate these ragamuffins in order to phone them directly, you can’t.

  • Colourful but...

How can a medical app have such a rubbish messages area? It goes blank in the middle of using the messages area, with no way to seemingly get it going again. Done it repeatedly, and does it on different browsers logging in on a computer. When you can get it to save a message as a draft there is no way to access the buttons to send the messsge (on iPhone 11 with latest iOS)
This is an app relied on by medical practises... hmmm.

  • Display

I having been using prev version on my iPad 9 no problems.
With the new version it only comes up as a small screen in the middle and no way to make bigger that I can find find. Will you be changing this to accomodate iPad etc. I do not want on my mobile. Please advise. With thanks.
  • Ditto rubbish app to date

Downloaded app as required. Changed password through “Forgot my password” and was given a six character”new password” that did not have a capital letter in it and therefore wouldn’t work! The given password was also labeled as “weak” in my password vault!
No indication how thumb recognition was to be established - why not finger as most recognition works? Face recognition would be good but I suppose that wouldn’t work as most times the face on screen would be angry, frustrated or having a medical event!
App certainly does not come with clear instructions or any bells and whistles! Continue to use abridged version of old app, because I am unable to set up “thumb recognition”!

  • Shocking app!!

I sent this email 21 June 2023 & have not received any response
I think this is extremely rude!
Unfortunately I am stuck to using this excuse for an app.

In this day and age you guys should be ashamed with your Myindici app. Particularly for what is used for!
    1. It asks if you’d like to use facial recognition, accepted that. Next time I logged in I had to use a finger print first. Why???
    2. Things fit on an iPhone screen with somethings overlapping, again why???
    3. Why can’t I get a full screen on an iPad?
    4. Probably the most important. I can’t download or print a file sent from my doctor. It looks like you should be able to as there is what appears to be a download button but when you click on it , it comes up with the screenshot attached

    Regards

    Jeff
