The restaurant once accepted your order and got paid, there is no way to cancel or get your money back no matter how long have you been waiting. As a customer, you’d be totally ignored once paid. The worst delivery order experience ever.

What is the point in making and sending leaflets out wasting all that paper when you don’t even deliver to areas your posting leaflets too I got one in Leeds uk downloaded app and says Spain or Manchester only, why oh why bother doing that think need to check where your leaflets are getting distributed because it’s your money your getting scammed out of paying for pointless leaflets to not get new customers

Food arrived after 2 hours
AVOID AT ALL COST, ABSOLUTELY SCAM COMPANY!!!
After two hours of placing my order and the restaurant informing me the rider picked up my food already an hour ago, I ordered food from somewhere else tired of waiting. There is no way of contacting anyone AVOID AT ALL COST!! Two different drivers called me from “justeat” saying they had my food, and claiming that they only picked it up 10 mins ago. I informed I now place a different order and no lo ger needed that delivery and will try and claim my refund
