Convenient to use in taiwan!
I was concerned not to be able to go around taiwan. My brother said he used this service last year. service did not disappoint. I have used it 2x-from airport to jiufen-taipei. They were both on time. Very kind people. Will definitely recommend to my friends going to taiwan. 💯

If you’re off to Taiwan, then you’re a very lucky person. It truly is the Beautiful Island’. To make your journey around this amazing country a bit easier, I cannot recommend Tripool enough. Great and Safe Drive.
We went from Taipei to Sun Moon Lake, it was a very easy and very safe drive. We were on the road for 3 hours and there was not a single problem.

We needed to get from Sun Moon Lake to a remote hotel near Alishan. Public transit was going to take 4+ hours so we were looking for alternatives. We found tripool easy to use for door to door pickup and drop off. The driver arrived on time and the drive was smooth and nice. The price was reasonable for the distance. Will use again for future trips.

Super convenient, really nice drivers, good area coverage
Booked twice going to Dahu and going to Xinshe, both far off areas which are a bit difficult to go to via public transportation and takes longer. I did the point-to-point option, but there is an hourly booking option if going to multiple locations at a time. Booked about a month in advance and booking process was very easy and straightforward. Driver details sent 24 hrs before schedule. Both drivers were very nice and arrived on time and at correct location. Our driver going to Xinshe was especially nice and helpful. Will definitely use again in the future. It is also helpful that the app has an integrated messaging feature. Can schedule multiple rides in advance.

Great private transfer services in Taiwan
This was the second time I used Tripool private transfer and again very satisfied with their services. We booked an airport transfer from Taipei to the Taoyuan international airport. Our driver was very punctual and arrived 5 minutes early. Our trip to the airport was very pleasant and we arrived safely on time for our flight. Thank you Tripool private transfer!
