Doesn’t work at all
The app just keeps telling you to pair the headset even though it’s already connected. For some reason, the app can’t recognize the headset is paired.

App won’t connect to BH71
I have the BH71 Bluetooth headset and have paired the headset to my phone, but the app never connects to it. I can’t update the headset’s firmware, change settings, or see the battery life of the headset. The app just can’t seem to find the BH71 no matter what I do, rendering the app useless.funiguy21
Headset connected to phone, app can’t see it
Badly designed app. The PC software works great, but this app just won’t see my headset that’s connected to my phone.

App stuck at pair device
The app has you click on the type of headset, then says pair, go to Bluetooth settings and come back to the app. The app doesn’t move forward after being paired like three times. I deleted the and it still doesn’t move forward. The headset is paired and in use the app to control personalized settings isn’t moving forward to the next step.Judi ’s Subscriptions
