I love this game except for one part, and it will be the reason I leave. With everything going on in this game I have chosen to focus on collecting puzzle pieces. I leave spent way to many hours playing. I understand making the game challenging, but the algorithm for getting puzzle pieces needs work.
About 15 hours before the current puzzle expired I played for over an hour and during that time I collected many puzzle pieces. Most duplicates. This continued all day. I was hoping to finish the puzzle.
With a time commitment this is requiring I will not be able to ever complete any of the puzzles. I am a teacher who puts her phone away during school, and require the same of of my students.
Please reconsider how the puzzle pieces are earned. I found it very frustrating to get 3 pieces of the puzzle and all 3 were the exact same piece. So during the first few rounds of a new puzzle I expected to earn puzzle pieces fairly quickly and slower as it got to the end. This was not the case.

FINALLY, after all this time, the pop up came…” No more ads” the option most games have that yours lacks. But, there it was a couple days ago. I spent 5 bucks to get rid of the ads! Super happy to get playing and be ad free and nope…. they are still there. The only thing that has changed is I can spin the lucky wheel without the ad after. There are still ads after I finish a round and most of all, I still have to watch an ad for an extra card in game when I run out of moves. At least give me the option to pay with my own coins, rather than forcing me to watch another minute long ad. I get watching an ad for coins or anything that’s my choice. For 5 bucks though, the least y’all could have done was get rid of all ads that were not our choice to deal with. The ads are EXCESSIVE AND LONG! This is a joke right?! I feel ripped off and y’all should refund my money without my having to reach out to Apple. I really loved the game itself, but y’all got jokes!Show lessShannonMM23

Sorry for the inconvenience. The no-ads service can clear all pop-up and banner ads. The reward videos are not included, for you can gain bonus stuff every time you finish watching them. If you can still see the pop-up and banner ads after paid, please feel free to let us know.Sick of it not loading and having to reinstall it.
Honestly a really catchy game but the app keeps crashing on me and when you open it, nothing loads and it’s like it’s frozen. Which it’s just a game but when you get so far along it gets old. The ads have gotten worse. Now they started playing when you finish a round where you can’t opt out of most of them and then if you want to increase you coins you won that is understandable but how many times do you have to hit the “x” out of an ad?!
I’ll give this game 1 more chance before I just go back to the only cards version and no collections of anything because this is annoying.
I really don’t need to you to respond to this because it will be the exact same response that you have given to me the first time it crashed and then to all the other people.
