I can thoroughly recommend breakfast we had yesterday. The food was excellent, can’t wait to visit again.
Exemplary Customer Service
I returned a Christmas item which was faulty and was very impressed with the service I received. The lady who served me found a replacement and then spent time ensuring that it worked perfectly before I left. She also insisted that I return if I wasn’t completely happy. First rate service and the replacement product works perfectly.

Afternoon tea.
We opted for the half sweet half savoury selection and were very impressed. As well as a lovely selection of sandwiches, there was pork pie, a delicious Yorkshire pudding with beef and horseradish and other tasty treats. A savoury scone and a sweet one which were both very fresh, and the mini desserts were just beautiful. Our favourite was the mini crumble. By far, the best afternoon tea we have ever tasted.

BUG- asks for password
As another user mentioned, the app keeps asking for my password even though entered correctly. Have to reinstall the app and reset password for it to work.. temporarily.

Would give more stars if it didn’t keep logging me out.
So pleased there is now an app however it keeps logging me out and I have to reset everything for it to work again. I have therefore missed some of the offers and deals which is a shame.
Cannot log into my account
I’ve downloaded the App and I am unable to gain access, it keeps timing out
Keeps asking for my password
Every time I open the app it asks for my password even when I tap the different function buttons

Lunch visit
I visited today with my daughter, grandson and a friend with her little girl and I have to say the service and attention from Roxanne was exceptional she conversed with the little ones, nothing was too much trouble and it was really lovely to see a smiling and helpful person - so rare these days , a real asset ,
