The support phone number gives no support. All I was able to do multiple times was leave a message that was not returned for hours or the next day. Even when I had an appointment scheduled. The therapist didn’t show so I tried to call, had to leave 1 message because they don’t answer. 30 minutes later I get a message in the app that I did not show and I have been sitting there with the app open on iPad for 35 minutes. So I try to call their phone number again, plus I sent a message in the app. No response, so I left another voice message on their support phone number. An hour after my scheduled appointment I gave up and got in the car to pick up my 10 year old cousin. They had two phone numbers to reach me on and didn’t call either one or call me back until over an hour after the appointment time when I was driving. Then they argued with me that I did not show for the appointment….which was strange because she referenced all my messages sent during the scheduled time when I was trying to get hold of someone. She insisted they did try to call me, but when I checked the call log on both my phones there were no calls from them on either phone. They are very unorganized. She continued to argue with me insisting they called me and I wouldn’t answer. I told her don’t want to deal with a company that treats their clients like this and she hung up on me.
