  • App and company is not supportive

There is no help and their staff were of little to no help. I am going to face to face.
  • App does not work

If you want to be totally frustrated 2x/day while trying to recover from surgery, this is your ideal app. Spend more time trying to get the camera to see you and trigger the clock than you spend doing the actual exercises and it requires this trigger every set, every exercise. They need a simple override function so when patient sees they are lined up properly (it shows you lines so you see what your therapist sees) patient can hit “start clock” and get going instead of standing endlessly hoping it starts itself, and often never does.

  • Generic

If you want basic generic exercises for $150 then this is it. I thought I would be at least be meeting virtually with a PT once a week to go over my progress and thought they actually evaluated the exercises but no. The person I talked to every week was not a certified PT. They were a “customer success” role who asked the same questions like “any numbness?”, “how is it feeling”, “anything else you'd like to note?”.
