I regret to say that my experience with Streetbeat has been nothing short of disappointing. I have been attempting to resolve a critical issue regarding transferring my funds back into my bank account, but my efforts have been met with frustration and inefficiency.
Despite multiple attempts to address this issue, I have continuously been promised solutions that never materialized. The customer support team's lack of responsiveness and accountability has only added to my distress. As a result, I have lost thousands of dollars, and the financial and emotional toll has been significant.
It is unacceptable for a financial app to leave its users in such a precarious position. I urge potential users to exercise EXTREME caution and consider alternative platforms that prioritize customer service and trustworthiness. Streetbeat has failed to live up to its promises, and I hope my experience serves as a BLARRING warning for others.
