Working with Medtronic for almost 10 years and I’m constantly getting annoyed with their products. Even their suppliers are awful, especially edgepark.
But as far this app….. I can’t even sign in because it can’t connect to the servers.CantB Fooled
Just doesn’t work
I got all my scripts turned over to the guardian 4, no real person ever reached out to let me know how to update or answered my social media request for help which is out of character. I remember calling them out for being behind the times a couple years ago and man they had people calling me asap to try to change my mind.
I am in the middle of the auto updater and it just stopped letting me progress through the checklist.
For the love of all that is holy how come you guys cannot figure out mobile apps and Bluetooth. Also you had to buy someone else’s algorithm, can’t even do that yourself. I have been using pumps for 12 years because my doc refuses to use any other pump.
Medtronic works when they have area managers and phone call centers that are well staffed to handle their terrible tech and broken devices.Show lessyteggidtoh
Medtronic tech is still crap at 7k per pump
After being the leading manufacturer of medical devices for so long one would think Medtronic would eventually get it together. Nope. Their apps are junk. All of them. Their wearable tech constantly has recalls for dumb crap. The queues for any kind of support are ridiculous. And at the cost of a used car, for the privilege of using the devices and associated tech? The app refuses to let me make an account
It lets me fill out all the forms, then won’t let me create an account. The password box lights up red and I’ve tried just about every password I can think of. Nothing is an acceptable password. Why is something so important for medical purposes so cheaply put together? I’m so done with Medtronic cutting corners at diabetics expense.Show lessCheese on a stranded farm
