Not happy
I can’t get this camera to work. The instruction are written so small they are almost not readable It won’t connect up to my home Wi-Fi. And best of all there is no tech support. I think I just bought a $46 dollar paper weight.
Please do not buy this camera.no way now
Could be better but I’m happy for now
The camera is not that bad, but the frame rate is pretty much trash and the app is pretty confusing. There’s also some misspelled words on the app, which usually makes me think that JXL didn’t even bother to check their spelling and didn’t spend much time making the app or the camera. I’m happy it has audio, though, because I thought it might not and that’s really important to me.

Terrible product, only works with 4G
Was so excited to get this product and now thinking I was on a page that they own saying it’s the number 1 camera to get. Well, first off, it only works with 4G which most people don’t use anymore and the instructions are so tiny that even with cheaters and a magnifying glass I still couldn’t see or read the instructions. Praying I get my refund. I returned and had to pay $17 to return them about 4 days after receiving them!Show lessRAC from MA

Can’t this thing to work it made a sound and two lights blinked that was it. It won’t connect to internet WiFi either. No wonder Walmart was giving them away just pay shipping charges for it! Piece of junk it isronjo54
light bulb camera
Purchased 2. Install was easy. Connection is superb. I can’t the camera to detect motion and therefore it does send an alert to my phone and does not record. Customer support is weak. Sending them back.ny_11756
Intercom
My intercom not working.
I can hear room noise but not able to talk to camera. So camera detects noise however doesn’t receive my voice to camera.Amir7067
Won’t connect to WiFi
Long story short! Won’t connect tried for a week. I think it’s the network. I’ve reset and tried over and over just want connect to WiFi. Cheap because it’s out of date.Leoblond
Won’t Work
I’ve been working with this devise for an hour. Cannot get it to work. The instructions are so small I had to take a screenshot and try and enlarge it enough to read them. Poor instructions; not enough information. Still at it: Bulb Cam flashes once every time I turn it on BUT that’s it. Still unable to connect to their APP.
How do I return the Cameras?

Garbage don’t buy
My first security camera like this and it’s horrible. Just impossible to get to work. The other negative reviews are right on do not buy this product! I’m taking it out and using it for target practice!!

Not good
Going to the settings - setting sensitivity to high - it says succeeded - back out to the preview page , come back to settings and sensitivity is turned off - every time on all cameras . App is not ready for prime time and cameras won’t track. Another issue - even removing the phone from its case the microphone icon doesn’t click - clicking the microphone icon opens the speaker icon.Show lessXanthmaster
