If I could give it zero stars I would.
This is, without a doubt, the worst-developed app I’ve ever encountered. I strongly urge everyone to avoid buying these smart light bulbs—it’s a complete waste of money.
Initially, I managed to get the lights working for just one day before they stopped entirely. Since then, I’ve tried reconnecting them countless times—easily over 100 attempts—with no success. Frustrated, I decided to use them as regular lights without the smart features. Even then, they eventually stopped working altogether for days, only to suddenly start flashing uncontrollably, like some kind of cruel joke.
Despite multiple attempts to repair the lights, nothing worked. I deleted the old setup and tried to pair four new bulbs on separate occasions, but the results were the same. Every time I entered pairing mode, the app crashed repeatedly. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, using a new email account—still nothing.
This product is utterly unreliable, and the app is completely broken. Merkury, if you’re reading this, I don’t want replacement lights—I want my money back. Your lights are defective, your app is dysfunctional, and the entire experience has been a disaster. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this brand at all costs.
