The big lie
This product is trash. Don’t spend any money on this camera! The advertisement stated that it is made in the United States. Not true, I know this because I received an email stating that the product was being prepared for shipment to the USA. Once I received it, the User Manual I found that I needed to use a magnifying glass to try to read the instructions. Once I did that and downloaded the app more problems were realized. The instructions are not very good. And the app is confusing. I was able to get it to beep but not more than that. I’m really glad I only bought one!Show lessmad in neworleans
Total waste of time and resources
I bought two of these cameras. Neither camera worked. They would not connect to the JXLCAM app, nor would they connect with the FtyCamPro app the customer service people suggested. Another crappy experience.headbanana
Doesn’t work….
I have gotten all cameras into this app , and only took 2 weeks. Now, the cameras don’t even try to connect to the network. The app tries to load all the cameras when only one is SUPPOSED to be connected. This app is the worst I have ever seen in the 12+ years I have had an iPhone.UMAppleMan
Not 5G compatible… buyer beware
I bought 2 of these cameras. In the JXL User Manual under NOTE No.1 it states: the devise does not support 5G WiFi. If your phone provider is on the 5G network, these cameras won’t work. Also you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return them. I had high hopes for these but now I see why they were on sale.Show lessbcs-adman

Won’t connect to my phone
I tried everything install the app deleted the app, the lights do come on on the camera, but will not connect to my phone or my Internet. Don’t know what else to do, but I will recommend that you not buy this camera. Can’t get anyone to help me looking for information for the company can’t find it.Gsltoy
Total SCAM!
Purchased three cams and then downloaded this app per instructions, the follow alert feature is non-existent, the whole point is the motion detection option to catch trespassing as it happens , I’m currently working with PayPal to get a full a refund , I called the company support and was totally gaslighted by the operator , stay away from these cameras and this useless app!! Disgusting
Can’t set up the camera. I was half way through the setup and everything froze. Now I can’t continue. I have a bricked camera, and customer support is useless. I think they use a translation app to write emails.David_Kay
Hard to setup and no ability to set a trip field or notify the user an alarm has been tripped
The software is hard to setup for two cameras however eventually I was successful. There is no ability in the software to set a trip field that then sends an alarm message so that you are aware that someone is in the vicinity of the camera. Can the developer look to adding this enhancement thanks.Duke160507
Hard to set up no ability to view a split screen view with 2 or more cameras
I had to setup 2 WiFI Panorama Cameras on the same network. The instructions first of all were too small to read. The camera setup was difficult to achieve. I ended up having to delete the app and reset the cameras twice to eventually them both online.
The quality of the cameras viewing is fair to say the least but for the price I guess as expected.
The software is ok to use however there is no ability to view via a split screen more than one camera live at a time. This would be a great enhancement if the developer could look into adding this functionality.Show lessfmc4rpj
