This app is the worst non functional app I have ever come across, it’s like a kid created it , maybe so. Whoever made this app should go back to technological school and start over. to all do not use this app, it very hard to make it do what a app should do (function)!!!And the design is Mickey Mouse also!!!.Show lessCrashes all the time
Pooor application. Unfortunatly we have to use that in ourbuilding. After recent update itia completly useless. You can not book amenities as it crashes.This app is a joke
It's frustrating how full of bugs the app is. The best part is when they release an update claiming to fix the bugs, but then the app crashes even more with new bugs!! Great job developement team! What an incredible effort!Should given zero stars
This app was forced onto us my property management after going from one poor app to another.
I hardly use it and when I do out in requests I don’t get in all notifications after selecting my preferences. Instead I get bombarded with emails and text notifications. The opposite of my preferences. It’s very annoying.
This app sucks as well as property management for failing to sort the problems out.
This app should be removed from App Store. Sub par performance. Also the individuals responsible for thinking this app was a smart move and not checking reviews or testing also failed to do there job.

This app is brutal, crashes all the time. Sometimes it won’t even accept my login info despite it being correct. Very disappointed that my building took on this app to handle maintenance and building operations.Awful app
Can’t see any notifications from property management. It’s all blank screens with Posted at the top. Button to pay rent doesn’t work. Font is so small I’m surprised I don’t need a magnifying glass. No features for the community like a message board or even events area. Very useless app with an awful user experience.Show lessBad

If this is meant to be an app to facilitate living in Boardwalk properties, it sure doesn’t.
It doesn’t keep you signed in, which means it doesn’t actually send notifications. You have to sign in to even see if there is a notification.
It doesn’t keep your bank info so you have to manually retype your card to pay rent every month.
It doesn’t actually connect you to neighbours in any way. No way to connect, collaborate, chat, or socialize, buy/sell/swap/give house stuff, etc.
All it does is be attractive. Style over substance all the way.Show lessVisually appealing and mostly useful
I use the app on a regular basis as it’s the only way to really interact with property management for my building and to book amenities etc.
I have issues with some of the app functionality
1. Why is the login process split over 2 screens? It’s very clunky and doesn’t allow for me to autofill my login details from iCloud Keychain and just generally bad design practice.
2. Frequently logged out which is an annoyance, especially in combination with the above.
3. Notification preferences don’t seem to matter. Despite disabling email/SMS for some notices, I still get all three channels and it can be A LOT at times depending on what’s going on in the building.Show lessAwful app
Everytime a different problem. It’s been 3 months I’m trying to pay my rent and the app crashes when I submit my info. Then I have to go to the portal through browser to make a payment. Totally useless.
