The app design is beautiful but the user experience is not great.
•The app always signs me out, which is annoying because I have to reenter my email and password every time I get a notification.
•In app, random notifications are empty and just say “posted” without any content, I never know if it was actually some important notice that I’m missing because it won’t load or just a bug.
•When you try to book an amenity, after selecting the day and duration, the “continue” button won’t load.
•Some functions just seem redundant, you can get to the same place through different paths all over the app, which is unnecessarily confusing.
•Despite UNSELECTING the methods of notification through text messages and email, I STILL keep receiving both on top of the app notification.
•It will randomly crash
Once this problems are fixed, the app will be perfect and very useful. Until then, it’s a nuisance and you’re better off without it.
