I only wanted to make a payment but I have to go through a painful log in experience full of 2-factor ID requirements. It’s like they don’t want to take my money.

Worst bill pay app I’ve ever downloaded. If you can get past the registration, the app crashes as soon as you go to pay your bill, and in top of it all, a fee? No thanks. Pay your app developer more to fix this broken buggy mess.YourBoyAustin5431

Totally worthless app. Doesn’t let you create an account. I friend was able to create one, but when asked to input information to access his electric account a message said; this account doesn’t exist. It has potential to be a great app, but needs much better app developers and programmers.Nehsvshg
