I II always get and log out with ease. to FL in early 2020. This has no reflection on the entire staff at FL but they do need to monitor the employees closer. Another part is that I scheduled appointments on two different phone occasions, only to receive texts up to one hour before my appointment, to only have no one call and meet telephonically with me. Was there a reply I needed to do to confirm my appointment? The automated text only said contact to reschedule, other than that, appointment was confirmed. Let’s fix this feature because I am happy with you all. Margie
