Multiple issues

The app locks up anytime you try scrolling through up or down. Not very user-friendly. Very difficult to figure out how to send a message if being able to send a message is a possibility at all. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Can’t click on links on iPhone

What good is the message if I can’t click the link? It’s blue like a hyperlink but won’t click.

App doesn’t allow you to load schedules

When the screen for selecting a state pops up no states appear to select so you pretty much can’t do anything at that point.

We need text alerts!

This would be a five star review if I could get schedule change alerts via text as opposed to just email. I am not a big email user so I love a text option. Otherwise pretty good app. No text is a huge drawback for me.

This app is realllly bad on iPhone

It says I don’t have the most recent update, yet I do. It won’t work on safari at all. Chrome barely works before it kicks me off and when I use the app, it tells me my student doesn’t exist half the time

Cheap and Difficult

This app caused me so much frustration and wastes tons of my time. It devalues the parents time with it’s poor functionality. The required forms continually get stuck so you have to fill them out multiple times resulting in hours of wasted time and redo’s…if school officials actually tested this before deciding to use it, they would clearly choose an alternative option.

It keeps on saying student not found this is absolutely ridiculous like fix the problem I tried it at least 40 times. Fix this issue immediately

Print ability lacking

I gave 4 stars because I can’t print from the message on iPhone. Printing allows me to have a visual reminder and to share with friends and family.

Awful

This app has so many bugs it’s not even funny. Every time the app updates it logs you out. And once you are logged in there’s no way to log out. I have these notifications but there is no way to find or delete them.
