why can I not upload any files on the Rank one app, it keeps saying “Wrong Extension”

Doesn’t work

I can’t find where to put the documents, and I also can’t put my last name or I’d number when I do it says student not added in database . I NEED HELP

Wow I can’t begin to explain the frustration with this app. We filled out the forms two months prior to tryouts and now they’re nonexistent. Every time we fill them out to go back to check the status of them in theyre blank again. we didn’t receive an email or any type of confirmation saying they had I had not gone through. By the way, good luck trying to fill this out on the day of tryouts. If everybody in your school district is trying out and there’s no way you’ll be able to fill a form out in a reasonable amount of time. I can’t imagine why they can’t anticipate this and prepare themselves for the influx of people on these important days. Thanks for ruining the day for us.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We had performance issues in 08/01 and they should be resolved at this time. We're working with all districts to ensure forms are recovered and available in the app. -Rank One Team.

App needs work

The app does not have all the features as the regular version. As a coach, this makes it rather useless. Until the app has full functionality I will not be able to use it.

Student Athlete

As a athlete I highly recommend this app especially if your school requires you to do rank one forms, I can see my schedule sports events and the details of them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

App crashes

Deleted old app, downloaded new one and it will not open. Goes to Home Screen for about 30 seconds then just closes out
