Poor quality app, can’t add devices
I have two Tozo products [A1 & NC9 Upgraded] and neither can be added to the app ( iOS, iphone14, 18.1.1). So I am stuck unable to make use of the equalizer function and get firmware updates. Both products pairs perfectly with my iPhone and iPad. Not. Impressed.
Would love to give a zero!
Really poor app connection, even if the earphone is connected to Bluetooth, it still won’t connect. You’d need to forget the divide and reconnecting from scratch. What a nuisance.

Simply amazing
I’ve been using TOZO headphones for about five years. Every time my experience gets better and better. I just upgraded to the TOZO T12 TONAL dots and this app came recommended on the product page, so of course I was going to check it out. Impressed and pleased does not do justice to how I feel. Amazing, they sound like they cost twice as much, and this app is perfection.
