  • Love love love!

Amazing headphones. I just recently got the Q30 headphones & love them!!!

Awesome app features too! I have coworkers saying these have better sound quality than their Beats do! The noise canceling is awesome!!!

Only 3 things I wish were different & are by no means a deal breaker nor effects the quality of the headphones:

    1. Transparency mode on / off with 1 second touch is very sensitive— while doing yoga, my arms hit the headphones often and turns it on and off. Wish I could customize the settings with that to be either a different amount of seconds to hold, or have the ability to turn off and on the touch setting and only use the button when working out.

    2. The app shows there’s a widget available which is awesome! It just isn’t an option on my iPhone 13 Pro. It didn’t show up for my coworkers iPhone 15 either.

    3. When working out, headphone slip off my head sometimes. A little more tension could help but also could possibly cause headaches?

Not deal breakers!!! Just feedback (:
The price and quality of these headphones are absolutely amazing!
  • Why should I need a magnifying glass?

When I connect to my A20 earbuds, the app opens the screen in dark mode. This is fine. The app is used at night. But much of the text is real small, and, worst, is dark gray against the black background! I’m supposed to be able to read this?

Then if I go to My Library and select Custom, the word Custom is legible, but all the sound icons are gray and their names are again dark gray against a black background with a maybe 3 point font!

It’s not all bad. Detecting when I go to sleep and automatically switching to Sleep Mode works. Creating custom sleep sounds allows for good combination of sounds (after the update that added a better selection of sounds). Its report on how I slept is interesting.

The A20 earbuds themselves work fairly well with an occasional issue. Specifically, on occasion when I’m going to sleep laying on my right side, the left earbud will keep disconnecting and reconnecting while in Bluetooth mode. And the right earbud will also drop out. This makes it harder to get to sleep. Then there’s been a couple times I wake up in the morning to no sound. I checked the batteries and they still have charge. Don’t know what is wrong.

When everything works, the system is fine, but …
  • More premium sound options, please?

I enjoy listening to both my speakers and my LifeTune headphones however… Why are there are no options for Spatial Audio and the equalizer is limited to tune bass frequencies that aren’t appealing?
When I first used the app, several years ago, I could have sworn the bass frequency started at 60 or 70Hz, when I downloaded the app a couple of years later, it starts the bass tuning off at 100Hz. A little lack-luster…
Though both my speakers and headphones sound awesome and the noise cancellation options on the LifeTune are excellent, there’s a certain drawback when listening to Dolby Atmos enabled songs, I know they’re not true Dolby Atmos capable, but some spatial adjustments would be more than welcomed.
Otherwise, I really enjoy the app it is just the lack of some key features that make it not worth the hassle…
