I uploaded kohl gift card since Saturday till now they refused to pay me all they keep saying it take a process before my card can be credited on there app it says 48 hours they are a big scam take this app down thief

If I could give them no stars I would. I have used them before, twice actually and although the payment was far lower than I expected and that they first offered, they still did it in a quicker turnaround than any other place I could find so I came back.
I wish that I hadn’t.
I returned today with two gift cards for Nike, totaling $150. I had just gotten them, and just confirmed the amounts as I then turned and entered them into Quchange app.
After waiting for them to be approved and moved on to the cashing out stage I was shocked to see both cards declined for “EmptyCards”
I know for a fact, that these two cards were not empty. They cashed out my gift cards and stole the money. Do not run or work with this app or these people, they are thieves. You might get lucky as I did and pass through the first one or two times, but they will steal your money. Sad. Please help me share this disgraceful business.
Took all the money off my gift card. I submitted the card for payment and it was pending for awhile. Checked back and it was denied for the reason “card used” although it wasn’t and there was a balance on it before using this app.
I contacted the gift card issuer, they confirmed the card was claimed and the balance was $0, and were unable to refund me any of my money.
I reached out to this apps customer service and the live chat never connects you to anyone. The emails never get responses.
Warning!….as there is virtually no customer support!!!…they always give you a second or first queue position and a wait time of 30minutes….that goes to an hour plus!…to no reply!!!…and emails?….they don’t answer them!!!…chats are not responded to…!…I inadvertently forgot and /or never made my password and they don’t reply to help me!!!…I have a small fund to withdraw and can’t because of my password issues….but Customer Support?….not at this app…!!!…
They are fraud whenever you start dealing with them everything will be goes right everyone hear these once they see that you are regular to them they will later rip you steal your money or pending your transaction they will make anything as recuse to rip you if you fall on them you gone you trust you lost they are fake

investigate there customers reviews or whether or not these apps are legit. Regardless of how much it is they come up on myself only $30 visa. But some people are selling there cards cause they need to put food on the table or gas money for work. Whatever the case is it's wrong. And the most frustrating part is there is no way of getting ahold of anyone to resolve or complain to.
I tried making an Withdrawal of 12,500 from my Wallet balance, it got approved but i couldn’t get the money In bank account since Saturday July 8, I made an complain to the customer support and they keep saying hold since on Sunday till now and refusing to Reverse back my 12,500….This annoying, y’all be careful with Quchange they’re trying to take the 12,500 from me without paying me back my money…SMH
