Unassigned game filters needed
I can’t filter by location and have to go through every single unassigned game in my state. That takes a lot of time. Should be a no brainer to add filter - location, day, time - to narrow it down.swimerella1

Thanks for the feedback on unassigned games! We actually offer the ability to filter unassigned games by location, day, time, etc. on our website, so I'd recommend logging in via a web browser for this kind of thing for now. This is also on our radar as a feature request for our app - we'll be sure to let you know if/when this becomes available!👍

I don’t mind most of the app, overall it functions pretty well and I have yet to have any major issues with it. I just wish that you could view other referee’s reports for your game (in case you didn’t remember who got a yellow card or by how much did one team win). When you’re in separate organizations it also feels too divided, but there isn’t much wrong with that I suppose. Overall it works great, payment is built in and all I would need for five stars is to be able to view my co-referee’s reports.Show lessTH3 Archer

Why in the world would you make me scroll and scroll and scroll, then scroll more through potentially hundreds of games to find the day I want three weeks in the future?!?!? Absolutely terrible design to not be able to choose a date range.Bbva123

(If I'm misunderstanding your question, please email us at support@assignr.com so we can get some clarity!). In case it's helpful, we do offer the ability to filter games on our website, so I'd recommend logging in via a web browser for this kind of thing. In the meantime, I've let our development team know you'd like to see this functionality on the app, as well. We'll be sure to let you know if/when we build this out!Very impressive app
This is far better than Arbiter or GameOfficials. I’ve now been using it for 3 years, and it’s great. It reminds you of all your games, provides a nice, sleek, interface, and allows for seamless use. Amazing!Zach574824

This app is pretty terrible in almost every single category you can think of. Too many notifications, have to log in every single time i use it, response time is slow, and sometimes it won’t even register what I do. I have been assigned to two games I have had to decline now because the app didn’t save my availability correctly. (incase you are thinking that it’s my phone, I am using this on a 2 month old phone.) Until they fix this app and make it more user friendly, i would not recommend ANY organization to use assignr.Show lessCmanJReed

Stop asking me for my password every other week. Nobody is trying to steal my soccer referee account. It’s very frustrating and time consuming to have to change my password twice a monthTBtoBR

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. The website likely does ask for your password after a period of time, but the mobile app shouldn’t be doing that. If it does, please get in touch with our support team. We do require a strong password because of our Direct Deposit functionality but we do not impose other password related requirements beyond that.Overall OK

With that being said, we are planning to add this functionality to our mobile app, too. I used to love this app. Told everyone good things about it, and then….
More than one of my assignors started using it and it became horrible to use.
You need to switch your entire view to see the assignments from different people.
So if you have assignments on the same day from more than one assignor there is no view where you can see them all.
Terrible.
Horribly done. Not thought though at all.

Hi there! Thanks so much for the review. We're so glad that you used to love Assignr, but are certainly sorry to hear you haven't liked it more recently. Funnily enough, we recently rolled out an update to the mobile app, so that you can now see all of your assignments in one place, rather than needing to toggle back and forth between the different sites you're a part of. So in the app, you should now be able to see all of your games across all sites, from both the Games & Availability sections of your account. Let us know if you have any feedback on the changes. We hope this improves things for you! Btw we appreciate any/all feature requests from our users.
