Surveys disappear and so do reward options
Sometimes I see two survey options, I click one and get screened out or it doesn’t load. Annoying but at least I had that other one waiting right? Wrong. It disappears when you try to click on it.
Most surveys I click into just say ‘thank you for your time❤️’. I don’t get any points.
My only other big problem is that when you get enough points to cash out a PayPal reward, they seem to conveniently disappear as options. This has happened multiple times, and Ive always been able to see PayPal options when I didn’t have enough points…

Beaucoup de lag, qui augmente le temps que vous prenez pour compléter un sondage.
Un sondage que vous débutez qu’ils arrêtent tout d’un coup en ne donnant qu’un maigre 5 étoiles, c’est a dire rien.
Ça lag tellement que tu dois fermer la page et quand tu reviens le sondage a disparu et n’est plus disponible. Donc, tu viens encore de perdre du temps, de l’inefficacité a son paroxysme.
Il y a parfois 5 sondages disponibles, t’en fait un, et tout les autres disparaissent tout d’un coup comme ça. 🤣😂🤣
Aucune information donné a savoir dans quel sondage tu t’embarques sauf le temps qu’ils estiment de la durée…
Je suis un homme, si je click sur un sondage de serviette hygiénique sans le savoir, je viens de perdre mon temps, vous comprenez. Eux, malgré qu’ils soient dans l’industrie, ils ne le comprennent pas. Donc 1 sondage sur 2 sont annulés, c’est ridicule.
Misrepresents Survey Length & Wastes time
1. While the survey
may take “20
minutes” to complete, answering the questions necessary to “qualify” for that survey may take that long or longer. The app should be accurate about that time as well.
2. Far too often a survey listed in “Your Surveys” has rejected me after clicking on the link. I don’t know if they had already secured enough responses and aren’t updating the app/site quickly enough or it is something else but it becomes a waste of time. The one that did work had me complete about four minutes of what was supposed to be a four minute-long survey before rejecting me with a 5 point consolation prize.
The app would be great if it was truthful in the length of time required and didn’t waste so much by presenting surveys that aren’t actually available.

Not enough filtering of surveys
Poor customer service.
However.... for some reason which ipsos wont disclose, "my member profile does not align with current requirements" and i've been locked out of exchanging my points for vouchers or participating in future surveys. (I thought a survey company would need every customer profile to provide an unbiased survey response)!?
There was zero notification of account closure, no emails, no messages. The response from customer services was nothing more than an automated email, frustating and pointless.
