Unsubscribe???
App has potential, but I’ve unsubscribed from texts several times and they will periodically spam with outdated alerts.
I also receive countless emails daily and there is no unsubscribe link (CAN-SPAM compliance?) but instead a note that directs you to do so in the app. The notifications area never loads, though. Time for another update.Annguar

Hey so sorry for the notification hassle. You caught us in our early days trying to figure notification settings out. Not intended to spam at all and it should all be fixed now. Apologies again! It was part of our growing pain as well : (Theater Info Here!

Woke up to 75 text message notifications from the theatr app. I do not remember giving them my phone number, let alone giving them permission to text me. How do I close my account?Jay2themie
