Buggy
Haven’t been able to use my app. It opens and then says server/network issue. My phone and other apps work just fine so there must be a bug in the app. Please fix this. Blenz is too expensive to not at least be getting points for purchases, even if it’s one every six months.

Ridiculous reward system
The most ridiculous reward system ever. In order to get one free americano or tea you have to spend $100 and for a mocha, hot chocolate etc you need to spend $200!
Perk barcode doesn’t scans very well
You should delete the app or fix it first. It took about 15 tries for the store clerk to scan my perks barcode!!! You just lost a customer.

30 min later
I downloaded the app so I could order coffee ahead of time. You need a verification code in order to be able to use the app. 30 minutes later and I still have not received the email… So I guess I’m ordering my coffee old school and deleting the app
Location takes forever to let me type in
Location screen loads FOREVER before I can even type in where I am. The app insists I’m in Vancouver but I’m not. Then when I finally get my order sorted, it continues to tell me my postal code for my credit cards (three different ones) is wrong.
