Room for improvement
I’m a fan of BLENZ and so I’m happy to see a loyalty program using your new app. I’m sure eventually all the locations will be on board soon. I do note that the rewards are rather challenging to achieve. We get 10 points per dollar spent. A free Americano or brewed tea at your lowest tier requires 1000 points, or spending $100, and only medium size at that. At $2.50 a coffee, that’s 40 cups. A look at other program will show that most will provide a reward after about 10 coffees. Please have a closer look and see if you can adjust your reward system.
