No longer displays filter info
This initially worked when I got it set up. I was able to connect to my wifi and name my device. But somewhere along the way it stopped providing this info. I also had to log back in despite toggling the “Remember Me.” Once logged in it shows my device list but nothing happens when I click it. Kinda useless app right now, so hopefully it gets updated/fixed soon. I’d like to set up my other filter.Show lessMelissaloha

Seriously? This is the app they developed? You have to enter login details every time you open the app (even if you select remember me). ½ the time I can’t even get past the login page because it says there is an error. When I can get past the login page, another half the time I can’t actually navigate to the device, the screen is just unresponsive. The scheduling feature flat out doesn’t work. Nice in Theory
When I first used the app it was a little challenging to get the device to connect. I had to continually hold the button during pairing instead of being able to release the hold after a few seconds like the instructions said. I was able to set up some schedules but the machine never followed them. A few days later and I can see my device in the app but when I click on the device it does not open the following interface. Can’t use at all right now. Hoping it’s fixed eventually, I love the idea of setting routines and tracking when I need to replace filtersShow lessmwmatson

Good start
This app is very simple, but for its simplicity it fails to function correctly. I am constantly getting kicked out and having to log in. The device drops from WiFi constantly so I have to set it up over and over. If my phone isn’t on WiFi when the scheduled time comes the unit will not turn on automatically. Plus the unit comes on randomly outside of scheduled hours at full blast. Hopefully now that the company has caught up on building preorders they can spend time on the app.Show lessReavesInc

I have 3 briiv set up on the app and control them with the schedule function.
The remember me log in button is a needed additional and makes the process much smoother.
I’ve found it only works on 2.4 WiFi and not 5 but once I saw this in the FAQs I’ve not had any issues.Dave_Rill

I can't believe that there haven't been any updates for the app in over 4 months given how glaringly lacking it is in its most basic expected functionality. I've been trying to set up for an hour now, all whilst doing everything the app instructed of me, and my device is refusing to connect to WiFi without spitting a stupid error message back at me about there being a problem "setting the WiFi details."
While I understand that this is a crowd-funded project and a certain amount of leeway should therefore be given, I am rather beside myself that none of the apps shortcomings have been addressed even still.Show lessEenie320

Great product and app (when logged in) but please include a ‘remember me’ button to log-in or, even better, enable face-ID!
